Ms. Joung
is a member of the State Bar of California, United States Supreme Court, United States 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
She has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles and Juris Doctorate from University of San Diego, School of Law.
